The Four Kha'ni, Two Black Robed and Two Iridescent Robed, step back to the Protector's Throne. He speaks very softly to them. They step forward again.

"The Protector Accepts your proposal. However there is one condition, that those who Break laws in Kha'ni or Kaheshi territory be subject to the local law rather than their mother country's law. Excepting of course those given diplomatic immunity. We can discuss this point."

"A set of codified laws would be appreciated, we shall bring a translated form of ours to you if you so desire, for this to be better."

The four Kha'ni standing forward nod. They speak again.

"A copy of our laws will be provided. We would accept a copy of your laws. Is there anything more?"

"We only ask for more open trade between our nations and exchange of resources, this will strenghten the ties between our peoples on a commercial level among the baseline citizens and consumers."

The Four Kha'ni speak again.

"The Protector will allow this, provided the previous conditions are met. Is there anything more?"

"Only that a permanent embassy could be established on your world within a few years, is all we could hope to ask for. Protector." He bows again.

The Four Kha'ni move back the Protector speaks softly for a few moments. The four who have been speaking move forward, the four who have not been speaking move off to the sides and speak with some of the Sand Masked and Robed Kha'ni by the walls. They quickly leave the Throne room, during this the Speaking ones speak.

"Construction will begin immediately. So the Protector has decreed, so it shall be." All the Kha'ni in the room repeat the phrase. "So the Protector has decreed, so it shall be." The Four speak again. "Is there anything more?"

The envoy and the entourage bows "No, glorious protector, that would be all. We thank you for takking time to speak with us."

The Four who have spoken bow, And say.

"You are dismissed from the Great presence of the Protector, he is gracious, he is kind."

The Kaheshi are allowed to leave however the Iridescently Robed Kha'ni and the several Sand Masked and Robed Kha'ni with rifles are waiting to take them back via the underground rail when they exit the Protector's Throne Room.

The group leads them to the underground rail, the rail takes them back to the cavern city. However when they arrive there is a tightly packed crowd of worker Kha'ni. The group starts to move the Kaheshi back to where the Kaheshi Quarters are in the city, as the worker Kha'ni quickly move out of the way of the Iridescently robed Kha'ni and sand masked ones. The Sand Masked Kha'ni take up the front shoving aside any workers who do not move quickly enough and the Iridescently robed Kha'ni slides back in between the Sand Masked and the Kaheshi.

The Kaheshi does not question this happening, and sticks close togheter, talking casually with each other as they follow the lead back to their quarters.

Once the party leads the Kaheshi back to their Quarters they party disperse, the iridescently robed Kha'ni moves up and out of the city while the Sand Masked move are start heading in various directions to different Temples in the city.

The Kaheshi settle in to relax and enjoy their stay while they can, takking in the sights they can, and learn what they can of the culture.

After many Kha'ni workers depart, many Black Robed Kha'ni, and Sand Masked Kha'ni also depart sometime after. However here still remains a large population of all groups. A few hours later a series of five large ornate hand bound books are delivered to the Kaheshi Quarters, they are the sets of Kha'ni law. Many harsher punishments are simply labeled, 'determined by the Protector'. Many different classes have different duties labeled though are no differences in rights, the list of rights is very small. Mostly just protections in accordance with Religious law and teachings. However many things prohibited by religious law are not met in the legal codes.

A day after the books arrive a notification from the government arrives telling the Kaheshi not to be alarmed in two days when there is a celebration being held over the world to celebrate the Kha'ni-Kaheshi friendship. This celebrations is apparently ordered by the Protector, and it is stated that the Kaheshi do not have to take part, though there are honored positions if they desire to do so.
