Carraxian Primitives develop FTL travel

Calling themselves the Carraxian Conclave, the primitives of the Carraxian Home System have successfully developed faster than light travel.

A missionary ship from the Kreazi Domain discovers that the Conclave has developed faster than light travel. The captain, one of the many High Priests, Q-mor zer Dagway, is delighted by this. The missionaries cheer as they are now allowed to spread the faith here. A hologram appears over the ship, as it flies over the skies of Carrak. It makes sounds that are heard miles away on the surface. This varies between the languages of the planet/this is the language of the planet. (I was not sure if the Cirnii

"Welcome, we devout worshipers of the Divine Beings, known as the Kreazi. Thousands of years ago, they saved us from the Apocalypse, and now, they are attempting to prevent it from happening again. You shall safely be able to research if you join the Domain, and your population would enter Ta-ranz rank, translated as Middle Slavery. Out of the kindness of their hearts, your upper class might enter Gu-dej rank, lower citizen rank. If you are so foolish as to wish for independence, we advice you to never research AI, psychic abilities and high tier tomb worlds. A preliminary message containing data packets pertaining to the history, organization and future outlook of the Conclave is sent to the alien ship currently zooming through Carrak's atmosphere.

"Greetings, Kreazi. I am Vercingetorix, Director of the Conclave. Though your offer is no doubt most generous, I cannot accept it immediately due to my obligations to the rest of the Conclave. Instead, perhaps an information transfer pertaining to the history of both of our peoples would be most useful. You may be treated as the first extraterrestrial guests to our beleaguered world. Afterwards, full deliberation with the Conclave will be necessary to determine whether or not your offer will be agreed upon, as well as possible amendments and compromises. Is this acceptable to you?"

Somehow the video of the bug man is interupted, and another picture appears, showing the creature in the previous hologram, now identified as Thyara, with an unusual head.

This quickly switches to a picture of the bug men eating several Thyaras.

"They don't want trade and peace, they are cannibals who support the Viur/Fallen, genetic mutilators, who taint the Divine Beings with our Thyaran bodies. They are evil beings that must be stopped before they cause the Apocalypse to repeat."

"And you are no doubt willing to enforce this peace with your military." You detect a hint of sarcasm in this reply, though the translators make it difficult to tell. "If you truly desired peaceful trade and nothing more, why would you take military action to 'liberate' us from an agreement freely entered?"

*a long pause, as the video is interrupted*

"Regardless, as Director and Representative of the Conclave, perhaps we can establish an information exchange. As a show of faith, I shall send you the same data packet I sent the Kreathi."

"More information on exactly what you two species represent would be excellent. Information on 'Apocalypse' also useful. I cannot make any decisions without both complete information, and the consent of the Conclave."

"And no doubt will end your time," a hostile Thyaran message finishes.

"Perhaps we can continue these niceties elsewhere, like our Space Station, the Prime Directive. You may come aboard personally, or send an ambassador, or just send us a data packet. I cannot stress enough the need for information on the governments which you represent. Without it, I cannot in good conscience make decision that would directly affect the future of my people. If you cannot Agree to a simple information transfer, then I am afraid I must simply reject any and all of your offers."

*At this, an opening on the Prime Directive lights up, signalling the Ka-vidar ships to enter.*

The ship Docks and four 5 foot bug men in green (with a blue trim) power suits with 2 of them wearing helmets and all of them have large wings and 2 large clawed fingers with thumds on both sides of the hand (making hard to give hand shakes) step out of the ship, on closer inspection the ship is ornately carved, one of them is carved like the ship and the two in helmets have lasers pistols holsters. They stand waiting for some one to come up to them

Cynrix

The landing party is met by 12 Cirnii. One Cirn stands at approximately 5'2, making it by far the tallest Cirn there. The rest are around 4'5'' - 4'11''. 8 of them appear to be guards or soldiers of some sort, decked out in a chitinous hardsuit and carrying circular objects in their lower left manipulators, as well as a longer tube shaped device in their lower right. The other four are wearing fiber cloths around their abdomens and heads, all in Black and Silver.

One of them steps forward to greet the party. "I am Cayderix, Administrator of Prime Directive. I have been invested by the Director the power to negotiate with you before a final decision is reached by the Conclave." The other 3 'civilians' are chittering nervously, but the tall soldiers remain firm, projecting strength, betraying no movement other than the slight twitching of the antennae.

Cayderix quickly turns about and starts moving out of the hangar bay. The interior of the station so far is reminiscent of a metallic cavern, filled with details that are both cosmetic and functional. The halls are tunnel shaped rather than rectangular, but the curves are perfectly smooth and there are no irregularities. 6 of the soldiers turn with Cayderix and march at the front. The other two fall in behind Ven-shaoy's party, maintaining a respectful distance but obviously alert. The remaining 3 Cirnii walk the party for some time before eventually splitting off down other passages.

After what seems like an eternity, Cayderix manipulates a console, causing a set of sealed double doors to open inward. The room has several consoles, as well as a large circular table made out of some alien kind of wood and fiber. "This is the administrative center. It will do for our purposes." He orders 6 of his guards to leave, and the remaining two to stand by the door. Cayderix crouches next to the table. He looks at the Captain, and you get the impression he is expecting something.

"Can you tell me about your government, your people and your goals? I have already sent files for you to review on our own government. This will further understanding of each other."
