The Khendros discovery of the Asumosu

In a new development the Khendros Exploration and Interaction with the Unenlightened Corps have discovered a habitable world, and not only that but an inhabited one. The planet has been dubbed Asomos and rocky world full of high mountains and very little open field. It's inhabitants are called Asomosu after the planet and are a birdlike species that live in cities high on the top of the mountains. Their culture is tribal with hereditary leadership and there is constant conflict between the different cities. Their technology could be considered comparable to humanity's during the early middle ages. While the wars and the climate constantly tear down their numbers the Asomosu are hardy and can quickly replenish their numbers. As of yet the Khendros have not made their presence clear but they have begun searching for leaders that would be willing to cooperate with them.

While as a whole the Aumosu would according to the current observations be unwilling to be annexed by the Khendros some of their leaders have been approached to see if they would be willing to aquire support in their ambitions to conquer their neighbors. Most of the selected candidates agreed and the few who did not were taken hostage so as to not spread the knowledge about the Khendros. Their new supporters proclaimed themselves as the heralds of the gods and after Divine Wrath in the form of orbital bombardments hit their closest rival tribe few questioned their proclamation. For now the Asumosu have entered into a new and far more agressive era while the Khendros from their newly built satilelite use varying means of subtle and excessive force to pave way for their pawns.

A new military council of all of the loyal Asumosu has been formed, which is their new highest governing body. This alliance has since it's formation become powerful enough that it has been able to recruit or conquer most of the other Asumosu tribes. The process of granting them some of the Khendros technology has begun while teaching them about the ideology at the same time.

All of Asomos has been taken and the Asumosu Hegemony stands triumphant, it has been advancing very quickly now with Khendros help and many Asumosu have even been recruited for the army and naval effort. Subservience to the State and Ideology has been made mandatory and many schools have been built to educate the locals about anything from modern technology to the intricate workings of a proper government. Plans for population transfers to and from the Axtromd worlds have been made so as to further the cooperation between their peoples. At this point few dare question the authority and benevolence of their benefactors.
