Crownship of Sa. Diplomacy in Kaheshi Space

A ship arrives at the edge of the System. It's size somewhere between that of colony ship and a destroyer. It sends a transmission to the waiting Escort.

In the foreground there is a Kha'ni same as many before, in addition there is another Kha'ni wearing a silver mask and an iridescent robe covering it's full body. In the background there are several Kha'ni performing a elaborate dance with it's center point appearing to be the Masked Kha'ni. The Unmasked Kha'ni speaks.

"Greetings! Assuming you are our escort, I am Mre'tal, speaker for Dro'ni'hef, Guardian of the Sacred Lakes, and the Kha'ni people. We greet you in name of Sra'ni Protector. We are eager for your guiding to your world so that we may me-"

The 'masked Kha'ni''s robe moves slightly. The dance behind the two Kha'ni halts harshly, then starts again in a different faster pattern movement.

"Dro'ni'hef, Guardian of the Sacred Lakes, extends an offer of meeting to the commander of our gracious guiding ship and any high officers of the commander's that wish to be brought along. Dro'ni'hef, Guardian of the Sacred Lakes, is gracious, Dro'ni'hef, Guardian of the Sacred Lakes, is kind. If you receive and comprehend this message please reply in kind."

The transmission ends and the ship move towards the Escort ship.

Kaheshi Escort Vessel 'Royal Justice'

The Kaheshi onboard officers receive the transmissions and watches in slight awe at the alien traditions of communication? it was of little matter, they approached in peace as had been instructed and was to be greeted in kind. The Escort ship responds.

"Captain Hra'Sora at your service Mre'tal, we thank you for your offer of meeting, we however notice your ships are not filled with water. We assume your kind is not capable of being submerged without proper equiptment for respiration?"

As the ship continues to move closer another transmission. It is the same scene as before except there are no additional Kha'ni in the background. Mre'tal speaks.

"Your assumption is correct. However we brought sufficient equipment for a variety of environmental conditions. We are as well not... ...well adapted for submersion in water."

Transmission ends after a motion from Dro'ni'hef, Guardian of the Sacred Lakes.

(I have to go now feel free to reply but do not expect one for a few hours.)

Kaheshi Escort Vessel 'Royal Justice'

The allowing the Kha'ni ship to approach prepared a pressure chamber inside the vessel at the boarding station along the ships upper-side. Officers moving to get ready to greet their new interstellar contacts.

As the ship approaches they send another transmission.

This time there is only Mre'tal on the screen.

"Greetings, I come to ask of the Atmospheric conditions within our meeting area. We require this so as to properly adjust our equipment to the conditions. May your people prosper."

Transmission ends with Mre'tal half bowing at the final sentence.

Kaheshi Escort Vessel 'Royal Justice'

The Crew responds rather quickly "For the sake of first impressions the pressure chamber and the subsequent meeting hall will be devoid of water. Our species tolerate both aquatic and non aquatic conditions. You may proceed to board whenever your in position"

The ship transmits back simple confirmation messages of no real import. It docks with the pressure chamber.

After seals have been checked and confirmed, a ramp lowers from the vessel into the Pressure Chamber and after atmospherics have been checked a hatch opens and twenty Kha'ni step through, they have no specific ornamentation aside from a silver-colored armband of some cloth on their outer right arm. Behind them as twenty precede down the ramp emerges Mre'tal and Dro'ni'hef, Guardian of the Sacred Lakes.

(As well I could do with a description of the meeting hall, as I assume the pressure chamber would be devoid of much of interest do to necessity.)

The Meeting Hall is the next chamber. The Chamber is rather large with holo-graphic projections across the walls, as well as seating for several dozen people. Some of the most notable features is infront of several Holo-Graphic projections theres orbs with icons across it, levitating.

The texture of the room is rather ornate in itself, with Red and Golden colors being the most prominant. Theres two Kaheshi guards by a sealed door which must be to the rest of the ship, now submerged, the Kaheshi uniforms appear to be of some form of tight nano-weave. In the center of the meeting hall the Kaheshi Captain stands, her uniform exceptionally ornate with a small device below her head, serving as a direct translator as she talks to the Kha'ni after a short bow "Welcome aboard the 'Royal Justice' representatives of the Kha'ni. I am Captain Hra'Sora. Commanding officer of this vessel and the acting commander for your escort to Kahesh, the capital of the High-Crowned Court of Sa"

As the Kha'ni file in the twenty who exited the ship the ship first stand mutely behind Mre'tal and Dro'ni'hef, Guardian of the Sacred Lakes, their forward claws steepled and back arms at their sides. Mre'tal gives a returning short bow, while Dro'ni'hef, Guardian of the Sacred Lakes, gives a curt nod of his masked head. Mre'tal has a wheeled box next to him to serve as translation, it is roughly the size of an average luggage bag. Dro'ni'hef, Guardian of the Sacred Lakes, has his silver mask and body covering iridescent robe on, the material would be hard to determine due to the iridescent nature of the robe. Mre'tal has a red robe of some type of fine cloth, it is unmistakably some form of desert clothing to anyone who would be familiar with such. Dro'ni'hef, Guardian of the Sacred Lakes', eyes slide around the ornamentation looking distinctly unimpressed, but shift back to Captain Hra'Sora as Mre'tal speaks.

"Greetings Captain Hra'Sora, of the vessel 'Royal Justice', we are pleased to meet you, Captain Hra'Sora, of the vessel 'Royal Justice'. As well we are pleased for you, Captain Hra'Sora, of the vessel 'Royal Justice', to be escorting us to Kahesh. In additio-"

A small motion of Dro'ni'hef, Guardian of the Sacred Lakes' robe, causes Mre'tal to pause and look at the robe, a few quick motions of the robe and it stops moving. As well Mre'tal continues speaking along a new track and shifts hs eyes back to Hra'Sora. Dro'ni'hef, Guardian of the Sacred Lakes' eyes do not move off of Captain Hra'Sora.

"Dro'ni'hef, Guardian of the Sacred Lakes, would know, is this ship of yours "military" in nature? As well why is it named such a name as 'Royal Justice'?"

As the questions are asked the twenty members of the Kha'ni link outer arms and begin elaborate movements with their inner arms synchronized together.

The Captain looks at the Kha'ni intrigued and listens, upon them asking their question she nods and begins to speak towards them, confident in her manner of speaking.

"Yes, this vessel is part of the Royal Navy of Sa. It is but a simple escort vessel for patrolling the outerlying systems to ensure the citizens safety as well as protecting the trade and supply vessels between our worlds from attacks from Void-Dwelling beasts who unfortunately cannot be reasoned with, they are attracted to the ships and try to consume them, they are easily repulsed with the proper armament. This vessel is called the 'Royal Justice' after the void-dewelling leviathans consumed a mercantile vessel, our first encounter with them in the outerlying systems near a great Gas giant. The King wanted justice for this action against the vessel, and this ship was one of those created for that purpose"

As the Captain speaks Dro'ni'hef, Guardian of the Sacred Lakes, seems to lose interest in the Captain, his eyes begin to wander the room once more. Mre'tal continues to listen intently, the twenty Kha'ni in the back have returned their inner arms to thee steepled position, however their outer arms are still locked. As the Captain finishes, Dro'ni'hef, Guardian of the Sacred Lakes' eyes snap back to the Captain. Another small motion of his robe, Mre'tal's eyes snap to the robe then after the movements finish, they snap back to the Captain. Mre'tal speaks.

"Dro'ni'hef, Guardian of the Sacred Lakes, would say, we Kha'ni do not have a large navy, we do have numerous cultural artifacts however. Dro'ni'hef, Guardian of the Sacred Lakes, would know, why is there such heavy ornamentation in this Chamber? In addition he would know more of this 'King' of yours. As well Dro'ni'hef, Guardian of the Sacred Lakes, would allow, you to ask any such questions you ma have yourself."

The twenty Kha'ni behind them, once more begin making inner arm motions at the phrase "would know".

The Captain looks and listens to the Kha'ni as they talk before answering

"This is chamber is designed for briefing and relaxation. The ornamental arthitecture is to relfect that of Data-Centers back in our cities. Traditional Kahesh architecture if you will. And if you wish to anything of our high-crowned Monarch, do ask away freinds. Just as i will ask you if theres anything that intrigues my curiosity, like your lack of a Navy?"

Several small robe motions later, Mre'tal speaks. The twenty Kha'ni in the back do not stop.

"Dro'ni'hef, Guardian of the Sacred Lakes, would say, there are two reasons for our lack of a major navy. One our religion prevents us from harming other sentient beings without making appeasements. Secondly we Kha'ni are very centralized in our home system, we have little need of a far ranging military force. In regards to your monarch, Dro'ni'hef, Guardian of the Sacred Lakes, will need to speak with them."

The twenty Kha'ni in the back continue making motions however instead of the slower, graceful motions, they now make faster more direct motions.

The captain nodded her head

"The King will await you in the Palace on Kahesh. We are suprised that your kin is of religious intent. But we shant question such, we understand some peoples might see purpose and truth in their religion.

After several robe motions from Dro'ni'hef, Guardian of the Sacred Lakes, Mre'tal speaks again.

"If it is acceptable to you, we would desire to continue onward."

The Twenty behind are suddenly motionless and slowing return to the steepled position before becoming immobile once more.

The Captain nods and gestures with her hand towards the pressure-chamber and docking-port

"Of course, return to your vessel and we will depart to Kahesh immiediatly"

Both Mre'tal and Dro'ni'hef, Guardian of the Sacred Lakes, begin walking out. Dro'ni'hef walks a little distance before suddenly crumpling downward by the twenty or so other members. Immediately four members lift up the now greatly height diminished Dro'ni'hef onto their shoulders using their inner arms, outer arms linking together. As the other members of the party form a geometrically precise shape around the four members it becomes clear that this is some ritual. Dro'ni'hef, Guardian of the Sacred Lakes, continues looking around this whole time as the shape of his body still obscured by his iridescent robe. A few sudden motions of his upper robe cause Mre'tal to speak.

"Dro'ni'hef, Guardian of the Sacred Lakes, would say, he awaits till meeting you again Captain."

As this is said the group moves up the ramp back into the ship where many Kha'ni can be seen waiting, Mre'tal hurries to catch up.

The Captain and two guards look intriguied, and confused at the strange Kha'ni ritual but does not object, as she bows her head in simple response to Mre'tal before waiting the Kha'ni to leave. To flood the rooms again and head for the Bridge to prepare to lead the ship.

The Ship with the Kha'Ni vessel in tow would make speed for the System of Sa, the system which Kahesh is located. The Sun of the system, called Sa. The System hosts 5 planets. 3 Gas Giants, and two worlds. One of which is a barren rock near the Sun itself. Second planet from the Sun is Kahesh itself. A large oceanic world completly covered in water except for volcanic islands which pertrude above the water. Above the planet is dozens of orbital-constructions, serving as the Kahesh Space-port. Theres clear signs of an orbital 'ring' construct underway in its early phases.

Kahesh itself has many lights comming from its surface indicating alot of the water is filled with cities or metropolises. The orbit is busy with traffic, both commercially and military.

The Royal Justice approaches, after comfirming the call signal to the Orbital stations, and flies to approach the planet. Headed straight for the largest glowing Metropolis visible from space, the Royal Capital of Kahesh.

Upon slow entering of orbit, the towering spires and cities across the ocean becomes clear, the cities are so tall and massive they are above the surface of the sea, reaching a large structure high above sea-level where ships can dock 'planetside'. Alot of commotion is happening at the docks to make room for the foreign vessel, as they are not sure of its shape proper. A unit of ornately clad Royal Guardsmen are present, lined up in perfect order, with two noble officers at each side of the formation.

Several Scientists from the Science-Division is also present alongside many high-ranking nobles of the Enlighted Aristocracy stand eager to observe the arrival of the Kha'ni. An elderly looking Kaheshi in the finest regal clothing stands infront of the Royal-Guardsmen, what can only be described as jewelry covers the tip of his exoskeleton covered head, much akin to a crown. He stands silently and observes.

As the Kha'ni ship pulls in the docks, Dro'ni'hef, Guardian of the Sacred Lakes, prepares to disembark with his entourage. There stands Mre'tal beside Dro'ni'hef, as well as another Kha'ni dressed in heavy black robes, the robe have sleeves for outer arms and slits for the inner arms.

Behind Dro'ni'hef there are the twenty attendants of Dro'ni'hef carrying various containers, behind the black robed Kha'ni there are various attendants similar to those of Dro'ni'hef however their armbands are black rather than silver. As well those attendants are carrying three large boxes requiring four of them to carry each. In addition there are seven guards with yellow outer arm bands and weapons similar to Goedendags but completely made of metal.

Once the ship pulls in and the ramp extends a hatch opens and first comes out Mre'tal followed by the Guards. The guards simply form a similar line opposing the Royal Guardsmen attempting to hold the spear-clubs in non-threatening manor. Mre'tal matching in line with them makes and even eight members. Next comes Dro'ni'hef and his attendants, Dro'ni'hef marches in front, seven members of his attendants have free hands and come next. Finally the thirteen other attendants come down the ramp with their containers, they stay behind the Guard line. The other seven attendants march just in front of the guard line and fold into a kowtow like stance.

Dro'ni'hef comes in front of the attendants and upon standing in front of the regal looking Kaheshi elder bows a full deep extravagant bow. Mre'tal speaks announcing.

"Presented is Dro, Low Searcher of the Kha'ni Temporary Dominion, Guardian of the Sacred Lakes. Addressed as Dro'ni'hef."

Mre'tal is toting along the luggaged sized translator.

The Elderly looking Kaheshi observes the Kha'ni carefully as they line up, but fixates his eyes upon the one approaching to bow to him. He appears very old, when looking at any other Kaheshi here, his exoskeleton is cracked on his head several places, its color is bleak, he is slumbed over slightly. He listens to the Kha'ni speak. Before makking a short bow, before speaking himself, a translator that isnt even visible on him translates.

"I am King Kra'Ves. High-Crowned Sovereign and Monarch of the Crownship of Sa, Kahesh, and its colonies. Lord here, master of all walks of life for my subjects. You have come to speak with me, about diplomacy between nations. Have you not, Dro'ni'hef?"

The translations is 100% accurate...Even better than any other translations device the ones on the vessel had..And it isnt even visible on him is the shocking part. However it is evident that his regal and elegant clothing, appears to be covered in light machinery of some form, data, computers, everything..But barely noticeable to the naked eye.

Mre'tal moves to start speaking before a rustle of the robe of Dro'ni'hef makes him stop.

Outer arms lift out of the robe through openings, it is not clear whether they were there before, and remove the silver mask. Dro'ni'hef is particularly strange compared to the other Kha’ni by the fact that while the other Kha’ni have a particularly blue primary color, his is red. He motions over to Mre’tal with his right outer arm. Mre’tal approaches and his handed the mask, as well Mre’tal hands back what appears to be a transparent cylinder of some sort. After handing the cylinder Mre’tal backs away and Dro’ni’hef pulls his arms, as well as the cylinder, back into his robe. He speaks.

“I have come to discuss diplomacy, among other things,” He looks back to the hatchway of the ship at the phrase ‘among other things’ then returns to King Kra’Ves as he continues. “We the Kha’ni wish for nothing but peace and prosperity for both our peoples, King Kra'Ves. However I believe this space might be too... ...open for that discussion. For now I have brought gifts to you leader of the Kaheshi, and to the Kaheshi people at large."

Dro'ni'hef motions to the thirteen servants by containers of various sizes and necessary amount of servants to carry them.

The King observes carefully and eyes the containers being brought in, and nods towards Dro gesturing with an arm for him to follow as he walks to the side speaking, directed at Dro

"I appreciate your kindess with these gifts to me and my people, but i am intrigued by the matters you wish to discuss. Come with me, my subjects will take care of your gifts" He walks slowly towards some large doors which leads to a ramp up and further into the complex.
