Message to all the galaxy about the Domain' situation

The message can easily be identified, and using advanced pre-apocalyptic translation devices, it can be understood. It includes both a message written in the language of the receiver, and a vocal one.

"This is the Lord Prophet of the Kreazi Domain speaking. As some have heard, the disaster known as Asornuais, has destroyed our homeworld, Krethia. Even worse, for all mortals, is that the Kreazi are leaving this world. Through the last years, half of the Divine Beings have left our plane, to a higher, greater stage of existence, fit for gods, rather than mortals like us. The Archprophet is mourning for our many losses at at hos own world Q-werr-ya, as well as listening to the last words of the gods. In grey times the need for a center of authority grows higher. With the support of four other prophets, I, Q-werr zur Sekhei, has taken the title Q-wenawa, or Lord Prophet.

My, ours, everyone's goal shall from now on be to liberate all from the clutches of chaos and ignorance. The Domain shall come forward with an Ultimatum. All sentient beings of this galaxy have [83 earth years] to convert to the Faith of the Kreazi, and accept their holy chain. Anyone who refuses our missionaries or inquisitors access shall be sent to the lower galactic plane. In short, you have three choices:
Accept.
Suicide.
Annihilation.

We shall use the evil scavengers known as The Guilds United as an example for what happens when you refuse our holy law. In their case, they meddled with the psychic, to create the Planet-Eater."

A message is sent from R'lyeh space, containing three words ("we" is part of the word "choose"): "We choose annihilation, your."

Aboard Yuxun's space port Queen Mysha marches to the R'lyeh embassy. The hassle of only being able to communicate in person with them being far from her mind. She enters abruptly "We need to talk about the Domain."

A return broadcast is made from Kha'ni space, it is especially powerful, unnecessarily so for one meant only to be heard by those who are listening for it.

A hologram would appear showing a Kha'ni wearing Ornate, Bright Red Robes, and wears mask of Gold, Silver, and Bronze. The mask has a complex pattern of the three colors. Behind the Kha'ni stands many orderly rows of Kha'ni, columns of Iridescent, Bronze, Black and Sand colored robes. The foremost Kha'ni speaks.

"This is Incarnate Krh'vat. Upon gathering the greatest leaders among the Kha'ni we have decided a response to the 'Ultimatum' of the Domain. The Dominion will allow the Domain's missionaries and inquisitors access to Dominion worlds. In addition the Dominion accepts the Thyaran observation of the movement of the Kreazi to the Etherium, as well as the statement that the Thyaras are not fit to be in the Etherium. The Kha'ni support completely the latter statement and welcome the Thyaran maturity in admitting this to the Galaxy at large. This is the extent of the Kha'ni response."

The loyal prophets of the Domain calls a prophet's council on Earth, the current seat of government and now, the Lord Prophet.
The Lord Prophet: "This response was to be expected by those foolish beings. At least the Kha'ni seems to have some manner of sense."
The Third Prophet: "They are equally foolish, as they seem to believe they themselves are better than us Thyaras. Yet they don't realize, the Divine Beings gave us this galaxy, while they ruled from the higher planes."
The Lord Prophet: "Prepare for war. Q-werr qur Kidher, you shall deal with the the R'lyeh for now. Q-werr zer Haddate, you shall deal with the Awakened Dreaming Clans. Make them dream. Q-werr qur Julium, you shall deal with internal threats, such as finding the traitorous Fifth Prophet, alongside other uprisings. Of course, I myself shall rule under the advice of the gods."

(Meanwhile planet after planet is eaten.)

(Of course. The Lord Prophet's belief that they will find a way to stop it by attacking the scavengers is wrong, so this might be bad for the galaxy. Not really a spoiler, as this should be obvious from a narrative perspective. Nevertheless, who knows what the Deep Spaceport itself hides?)

Indeed, their agressive posturing can not be tolerated, they are the sworn enemies of R'lyeh. We must defeat them so that we can tend to other matters.

"My fleet is already engaging theirs in this system," she says dropping a flash drive onto the stargazer's desk. "We can crush them here and mop up whatever is left of their home systems if you send your fleet in now."
