"It has come to our attention that you have colonized a glacial planet. With our new worlds, the Kreazi are living much better than the hot and busy jungles of our old home. Earth has its glaciers, but as some of the Divine Beings are saying, it lack the unique "air" of an ice planet. I speak for them, and ask, is there any way we can make a deal allowing some of our Divine Beings to live on your world of Trahosh? It would just be a small number at a time, as more of a holiday place than anything else. Including their attendants, it would be a maximum of a hundred people at once. Since it seems like you probably are most interested in the oceans beneath, we'd not be taking much space from you either. Could you not accept this proposal?"
