The Carraxian Conclave: Official Embassy Established

(An official Embassy has been established on the Space Station Prime Directive. Any alien governments wishing to make contact may do so here.)

The Crownship of Sa sends a vessel for these 'Carraxians' the Crownship has heard of through the deep-space broadcasting, initiating hailing calls upon arrival in the system, the ship to arrive appears to be corvette sized with very few weapons.

The Space Station Prime Directive accepts these hails, but waits for the new aliens to make the first move. Elsewhere in the system, a science vessel and two corvettes begin heading back to the station to dock.

The ship contiues forward after accepting the hails to be near the 'Prime Directive' opening a hangar hatch where a shuttle is being send out towards the station, sending hails again.

A section of the Space Station lights up, and a docking trajectory is sent to the shuttle.

The Shuttle pulls to follow the trajectory almost as quickly as it is sent to it. Moving to dock inside the station, opening its hatch as three Kaheshi step out, all covered in nano-weave uniforms. One of them has bright colors to his uniform and several markings on it, which could mean ranking, they all have a small wrist with holo-graphic projections on their right arm and a small 'device' around their neck, could almost call it jewelry.

They step outside the shuttle, and look around the interrior of the station hangar slowly.

(Might want to make sure those uniforms are environmentally sealed. The temperature on the station is very low, around -45 degrees Celsius, and your shuttles sensors should detect this. The Cirnii did evolve on an Arctic world, after all.)

It would appeare the temprature is noticeable to them..But nothing they cannot handle, their suits tighten automaticly as their Exoskeleton appears to take on a bright red color.

The interior design of the station appears very utilitarian, but not ugly. Rather, it seems almost like the inside of an artificial cavern. There are few hard edges, and the halls look more like tunnel entrances. However, one thing that becomes immediately apparent is that this station is built for a race almost half as large as yours. The ceiling in the hangar is substantial, but the tunnels seem no larger than 7.5 feet high.

About a minute or two after your disembarkation, the occupants of the Prime Directive make themselves known to you. Four Cirn, decked out in what appears to be a chitinous armor and bearing both a cylindrical object and a broader, round object in their lower arms are accompanying another Cirn wearing some kind of fibrous material around its head and torso. They stand approximately 4'2'' to 4'9'' inches tall. As apex predators, your people detect an emotion shared across most species - fear. Though the only motion the soldiers, as that is undoubtedly what the armed and armored ones are, is a slight twitching of the antennae, the head of the party betrays more of his nervousness, fidgeting a fair bit and looking up at the guests to the station.

He eventually steps forward. "I am Cynrix, Assistant Administrator of the Station Prime Directive. The Administrator of the Station is currently engaged in other business. Who are you, and what government do you represent?"

The Kaheshi in decorated uniform bows before speakig, the translating device on his 'necklace' translating everything he says

"Greetings Assistance Administrator. I am Gre'Kel. Diplomatic officer of the Royal Navy of Sa. I represent the Crownship of Sa and his High-Crowned Kings government. The Royal Navy picked up frequences in your sector as well as the notice of your new rise to the galactic stage of politics and diplomacy. The Monarch has expressed interest in contacting your kind as to establish proper diplomatic ties. The Crownship seeks peaceful and mutual cooperation between nations in this Stellar-Region of the Galaxy as the best way for mutual progress and prosperity for all parts involved."

"There is a saying among my people, Gre'Kel of the Royal...Navy...of Sa. It is more efficient, in the long run, to be benevolent rather than cruel. Though I have not been invested by the Director of the Conclave the authority to make lasting agreements, it is my hope that our relationship will be a long and fruitful one."

Cynrix turns around and makes a beckoning gesture with one of his upper arms. One of the guards taps a few key combinations into a console, and a previously closed set of doors opens. "The Administrator will seek a conference with you, as will the Conclave. The Center is this way." At that, he begins walking down the hallway, 3 of his guards falling in step. The remaining soldier remains a respectful, wary distance from your party, but seems curious.

The Naval Officer moves to follow, his two entendants follow him. The holo-images on their wrists change contiously and frequently, either relaying information or displaying things, hard to say. Regardless they follow Cynrix, eagerly.

The journey to Center takes a little under half an hour, down various tunnels, entryways, and even some kind of escalator at some point. Finally, the party reaches Center, "short for Administrative Center of Prime Directive," and amidst the consoles, technicians, engineers, and even a Cirn consuming a strange fish-looking creature before skittering and ducking his head in embarrassment, Cynrix opens a final door to a conference room. He bids only one of his guards to follow him in. The other two make an odd noise and stand on either side of the door.

The Kaheshi look around curiously, and follows. Takking in, the sights and technolegy they see.

Cynrix is standing next to what appears to be a table in the center of the conference room, though there are no chairs. "I am afraid the accommodations may not quite be sufficient for a people of your stature, honored Gre'Kel. I will not sit if you are unable to."

The Kahesh just replies simply, with a gesture of his hand "You just sit, do not worry about us, this is your space, we are just honored to be able to speak diplomatically with your kin"

"Very well. I propose an information exchange, in order to get a better understanding of each other and the governments we represent. Is this deal acceptable to you?" The room contains several constructions which appear to be monitors, a small desk in the corner bearing all manner of alien devices whose purpose you can guess at, but are nevertheless not quite certain of.

"Most excellent."

Over the course of about an hour, Cynrix explains to Kre'Gel the history of his people, the current structure of the government, and the goals of the Director. He is willing to answer any questions you have about his people afterwards.

The Kaheshi listen and exchange information of their own, in the form of a small Orb like device covered in icons, upon being accessed the data within provides a broad array of information about the Crownship of Sa and the Kaheshi

"I am sure we will answer all the questions we have about each other in time, now that we have established these common diplomatic ties. The Crownship would want to establish a permanent embassy in the comming years on your home world, if you allow it. For ease of contact."

"The Conclave would have to decide whether or not to allow this, but as of now I see no objection to this. Our values are similar, and there is much we can learn from you, though there is little of material value that you could gain from us in return other than friendship and goodwill, sentimental as those concepts are. I will send a file to the Conclave and the Administrator containing the data collected so far, your proposal, as well as my personal notes."

A few hours have passed. The Director of the Conclave and Leader of the Carraxian Conclave, Vercingtorix, shows up on a screen in the Conference Room. He introduces himself, and informs the Gre'Kel that in an uncontested ruling, the Conclave has accepted his embassy proposal on the condition that the Conclave also has an embassy on their homeworld. "The Conclave felt that this was a reasonable addition to the proposal. Is this deal acceptable to you?"
